Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although located above the restaurant and with garage parking a bit far away, were very clean and pleasant. However, they tended to get extremely warm at night, even with the heating off. The service was top-notch with staff going out of their way, even riding with us to the parking garage and being super friendly and helpful. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Rothenburg within walking distance of all the sights. The dining options were good quality with a nice selection of food, though some negative events like not being assisted with luggage and an awkward interaction at checkout slightly dampened the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, accommodating my family of four comfortably with a queen and single bed. However, the lack of a fridge or air con was a downside. The service was impeccable, with the staff going out of their way to help, including guiding us to the garage parking. The location was top-notch, right in the heart of the town, just a stone's throw away from the main square. The dining experience was decent, but the breakfast could use more variety. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel is located near the top of the building, which is a bit inconvenient without a lift. However, the rooms, although a bit dated in style, were very clean and spacious. The service was super, with very polite and helpful staff, including a welcome drink and tour/ticket assistance.
